方法应用喉记波扫描摄像技术，检测50例发声障碍患者和5例发声正常人。

方法在直接喉镜下于双侧声带近外侧甲杓肌处注射A型肉毒毒素各2 .5U治疗内收性痉挛性发声障碍11例。
Methods 11 patients with adductor SD were treated by injection on both vocal cords each with 2.5U of BTA by direct laryngoscopy.
结果：36例痉挛性发声障碍患者，经上述发声康复训练后，均取得满意的效果，其中30例患者发声恢复正常，6例好转。
RESULTS: All 36 SD patients achieved satisfactory outcomes after voice training, with SD completely recovered in 30 cases and obviously improved in 6 cases.
