Objective to investigate the therapeutic effects and complications of percutaneous anterior screw fixation for odontoid fractures.
目的研究颈前路螺钉内固定治疗齿状突骨折的疗效。
Objective To study the efficacy of odontoid fracture with anterior screw system fixation.
临床应用前路空心螺钉内固定治疗齿状突骨折16例，随访6 ~40个月，全部病人均获得骨性愈合，无并发症。
All 16 patients with odontoid fracture underwent anterior screw internal fixation. Following-up ranged from 6-40 months, the fracture in all cases were bony healed and no complication.
结论：经皮前路螺钉内固定术治疗老年齿状突骨折具有操作易、创伤小、恢复快等优点。
Conclusion: The anterior percutaneous screw fixation is less traumatic than conventional approaches for aged people in dealing with odontoid process fractures.
