"There aren't many spare houses in Ceredigion at the moment and this department has been under enormous pressure in coping with the workload, " said Ann Rees, assistant director of housing.
Clearly, having multiple employees and having other colleagues puts more pressure to maintain a similar workload and contribution as it is difficult to be lifestyle oriented in an ambitious team of people.
"It also means that a huge amount of pressure will be heaped upon Jedburgh and Selkirk Sheriff Courts as they have to take on the extra workload created by these closures, " he said.
