On the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the Convention on the Protection of Underwater Cultural Heritage (2001), UNESCO prepares in cooperation with the Catholic University of Leuven a regional meeting for Europe and a scientific colloquium on the protection of the underwater cultural heritage at the Royal Library of Belgium in Brussels, from 13 to 15 December 2011.
