ObamaCare requires companies with 50 or more full-time employees (or the part-time equivalent) to provide their workers with health insurance beginning next year.
The actual number of staff affected could be higher than 200, according to the council, because part-time jobs have been added up to make the equivalent of full-time posts.
There are now 70, 000 fewer people going to college than two years ago, although the government has insisted that it has "maintained college numbers at the full timeequivalent of 116, 000" through focusing on full-time students and cutting thousands of part-time places.
