The founders of two Jersey charities have been appointed MBEs in the New Year Honours list.
Harriet Vine and Rosie Wolfenden, co-founders of cult jewellery brand Tatty Devine are made MBEs.

Six people in the county have been appointed OBEs and eight receive MBEs.
Somerset businessman Kerry Michael and his sister Michelle Michael have become MBEs for services to the restoration of Weston-super-Mare's pier.
Meanwhile, Wolverhampton couple Anthony and Muriel Hiles, who have fostered children since 1994 for charity Barnado's, have been appointed MBEs.
Stephen Hendry, Steve Davis, John Parrott and Jimmy White have been honoured with MBEs previously, with Davis also receiving an OBE.
Other Olympians appointed MBEs include Buckinghamshire's Pamela Relph and Naomi Riches, who raced in the mixed coxed four at the Paralympic Games.
The awards include MBEs for Pat Hollands for her services to badminton and Susanne Thompson, from Helston, who has been recognised for her lace making.

The rest of the 30-strong group of players were awarded MBEs.

England captain Michael Vaughan, coach Duncan Fletcher, chairman of selectors David Graveney and manager Phil Neale were all awarded OBEs, while the rest of the players were awarded MBEs.

Among those receiving MBEs are Colin Carter, from Woodbridge, for services to road transport and charity, Linda Hoggarth, from Ipswich for work with disabled people and Susan Jay for mental health care.
In the fashion world, the couple behind Links of London, John and Annoushka Aytona, are made MBEs, along with with Lulu Kennedy, founder of the Fashion East venture which aims to nurture new talent.
Others being appointed MBEs are Elizabeth Milburn, from West Suffolk College, for services to further education and the community, Susan Tamlyn, for heritage work and Andrew Wood, manager and head coach at Ipswich Gymnastics Centre, for sport.
MBEs were also awarded to the director general of the Society of British Aerospace Companies, Dr Sally Howe, from Woking in Surrey, as well as the founder and artistic director of the National Youth Ballet of Great Britain, Ms Jill Tookey, for her services to dance.
