Last week, the CPS was criticised over the way it treated young victims and witnesses in a jointinspection report by HM Inspectorate of Constabulary and the Crown Prosecution Service Inspectorate.
"This is because a substantial quantity of potentially explosive pharmaceutical material - Isosorbide Dinitrate (ISDN Pure) - has been identified on the site following a recent jointinspection by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) and Environment Agency Wales, " explained the council officer.
