Nearly three-quarters (74%) of CMOs told us that compared to a year ago, customers have higher expectations for productquality, and similarly large majorities said that customers have higher expectations for customer service (75%) and expect more value for their money (76%), and also are more price sensitive (76%).
"From the consumer's point of view it's going to mean better battery life and higher image quality, " said Steve Steele, product manager of ARM's media processing division.
