"It's a smart way for him to control content and the message, " says Ganis.
"They picked up the concept, but with the extra revenue to cover up mistakes, " says Ganis.
"This case is about whether the league can exercise intellectual property rights however it chooses, " says Ganis.
"It usually excludes his arm, his elbow and his shoulder, " Ganis half-jokes of a typical pitcher policy.
"In the process he has made himself an island in the ownership ranks, " says Ganis of Sportscorp.
