According to a joint survey of finance directors conducted by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and Institute of Management Accountants (IMA), very few countries surveyed are more upbeat about the economic recovery than the U.S. On balance, finance directors in the U.S. are more upbeat than their counterparts in other countries.
